7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your UMBRA reading for any reason, we will issue a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. No explanation needed.
To request a refund, email us at readings@umbrareading.com with the email address you used to purchase. We will process the refund within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What Is Covered
- The core reading ($19)
- The shadow in love reading ($9 add-on)
Refunds apply to each product individually. A refund on the core reading does not automatically include the add-on, and vice versa.
After 7 Days
Purchases are final after the 7-day window. Because readings are uniquely generated documents written specifically for you, we are unable to accept refund requests after this period. If you are experiencing a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your reading, contact us and we will make it right regardless of timing.
Technical Issues
If your reading was not delivered, failed to generate, or you cannot access your reading link, contact us at readings@umbrareading.com and we will resolve it promptly. This is not subject to the 7-day window.
